**Application Process**  
To apply for one of our rental properties, please contact us via one of the following methods:

– **In-Person:** Visit our office at 811 N Main Street, Suite 105A, Royal Oak, MI 48067

There is a $60 application fee required to process your application. If the house you applied for is no longer available, your application will automatically be considered for the next available house that matches your price range and area of interest.

**Rental Terms**  
All rent payments are due on the first of each month. We offer a three-day grace period after the first of the month before any late fees are applied. We strive to make our rental process straightforward and stress-free, ensuring you can enjoy your new home without any unnecessary complications.

**Flexible Credit Considerations**  
At Flat Rate Property Management, we believe everyone deserves a chance to find a suitable home. Whether your credit is good or bad, we can usually find a house that meets your needs.

**Prompt Maintenance Services**
